The Story

It was a vital part in every English class in middle and high school.

Everybody remembers Ponyboy Curtis, we went on an emotional rollercoaster of youth with him, and even identified with some of the challenges Ponyboy, Johnny Cade, Dally Winston, Darry Curtis, and the others came face to face with. We dreamt small-town dreams with them, we walked the road of violence, addiction, misery, and socio-economic struggles alongside them as though it were our own.
